2020 Chinese Chamber Lunar New Year Gala

2020 Chinese Chamber Lunar New Year Gala
Thursday, Feb. 6, from 5:30 to 8 pm
99 Restaurant in Sharonville

This momentous event is our opportunity to celebrate the most important holiday in Asian culture together. We want to bring the business community of Cincinnati (and beyond) together to mix, mingle and enjoy a fine evening of Chinese cultural celebration. Our program includes a lion dance to start the proceedings, followed by plenty of time for networking and enjoying Asian-inspired cuisine by 99 Restaurant’s highly trained chefs. We garner improved relations between China and Cincinnati and we want to invite you to help us do it.

Guest Speaker

We are fortunate to have Dr. Robert Riegle joining us this year to speak about how the US-China relationship may play a role in the global economy and security. Dr. Reigle has performed work in North America, South America, Central America, the Middle East, North Africa, and Southeast Asia. Dr. Riegle has developed security solutions for National Security Agencies, the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security and Law Enforcement organizations worldwide. Dr. Riegle served in the U.S. Government Senior Executive Service including appointments as DHS representative to the Department of Justice’s Global Justice Initiative, the Co-chair of the National Fusion Center Coordination Group and as an advisory member of the Criminal Intelligence Coordinating Council. Prior to working at DHS, Dr. Riegle worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in the Strategic Communications Area and at the Defense Intelligence Agency with the National Intelligence Support Team, serving in Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom and Noble Eagle.
